Terms and Conditions

1. Prior to the performance of services by Kahuna Body & Soul, a registration form must be completed by each person in which the person declares that there are no health concerns to the performance of a service by Kahuna Body & Soul.
   
   
2. Appointments must be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance. Appointments cancelled within 24 hours of the start of the treatment will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
   
   
3. When booking the „2 appointment offer“, the booked follow-up appointment can be changed once with 48 hours’ notice. However, it must be taken within three months of the first appointment.
   
   
4. The premium membership (minimum term 3 months) includes 2 appointments/month. When booking this offer, the booked subsequent appointment can be changed with 48 hours’ notice. The premium membership is automatically extended by 4 weeks if it is not cancelled in writing with a notice period of 2 weeks. Appointments that are not rebooked, transferred or taken within the given time are considered to have expired. The member has no right to a refund in such a case.
   
   
5. Within the framework of the premium membership, an appointment may be transferred to a third party once per quarter.
   
   
6. All premium memberships are subject to a minimum term of 3 months and can be added or removed. Membership termination must be announced at least 2 weeks in advance for direct debits. Memberships that are cancelled too late will not be refunded.
   
   
7. A premium membership may be terminated prematurely for good cause. An important reason is, a permanent illness that did not already exist prior to the taking out of the Premium membership and makes the service impossible, or a high-risk pregnancy. The notice period for this is 2 weeks, and the received notice will only be accepted with a medical certificate or similar. The certificate or confirmation must be submitted promptly. Prepaid fees will be offset and refunded in such a case. Kahuna Body & Soul also has the right to terminate for cause.
   
   
8. A Premium membership may be suspended for good cause. An important reason is a temporary illness or a temporary change of residence. In both cases, the duration must be at least 4 weeks. All suspensions will only be charged for whole months. The medical certificate or confirmation from the employer must be submitted promptly. Prepaid membership fees will be credited after re-entry.
   
   
9. The membership fee must be paid regularly until the end of the contract, even if the member does not use the service of Kahuna Body & Soul for reasons of one’s own volition.
   
   
10. Membership fees are due in advance on the first of each month or on the 15th of each month and are collected by direct debit. Return debits are to be borne by the member. A fee of 5 € will be charged for reminders. Kahuna Body & Soul must be informed immediately of any change in bank details.
    
    
11. As soon as the member is in arrears with more than 2 monthly fees, the contract will be terminated at the end of the term and the fees will be enforced until the end of the contract. In this case, Kahuna Body & Soul reserves the right to transfer the receivables to a collection agency. Any costs arising from this shall also be borne by the Member.
    
    
12. The member agrees that the membership fee may be collected after each renewal of the agreement.
    
    
13. Kahuna Body & Soul agrees to store data resulting from the execution of the agreement only to the extent necessary and not to disclose it to third parties.
    
    
14. No liability is assumed for the loss of or damage to valuables and clothing brought.
