- Prior to the performance of services by Kahuna Body & Soul, each person must acknowledge that there are no health concerns preventing the provision of such services and that the services are intended solely for relaxation, wellness, and preventive health care
- Customers agree to disclose any illnesses, medical conditions, allergies, pressure-sensitive skin, or pregnancy prior to the treatment. In cases of unclear symptoms, customers should seek medical advice in advance.
- Appointments must be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance. Appointments cancelled within 24 hours of the start of the treatment will be subject to a 100% cancellation fee.
- When booking the "2 appointment/1 price offer", the booked follow-up appointment can be changed with 48 hours’ notice. However, it must be taken within three months of the first appointment.
- Kahuna Body & Soul agrees to store data resulting from the execution of the agreement only to the extent necessary and not to disclose it to third parties.
- For mobile massage, the customer is obligated to provide a suitable, quiet environment.
- For mobile massage, travel costs are listed separately or included in the price.
- To perform the mobile massage, Kahuna Body & Soul will travel with a portable massage table (unless client already has one), sheets, and massage oils. Any necessary towels and blankets must be provided by the customer.
- Kahuna Body & Soul reserves the right to refuse treatment to customers it deems problematic, without providing further personal justification.
